COVID 19

We are in this together
Safeguarding the health and well-being of our entire community is and always will be our highest priority. In the spirit of keeping us all healthy, we want to address the growing concern of the novel Corona Virus and be proactive taking every precaution possible so that we can all continue to work in a safe environment.
GESTATIONAL CARRIER JOURNEY + COVID 19
Gestational Concepts continues to monitor developments regarding the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) to institute a safe and controlled re-start of selected gestational carrier journeys. Our top priority is the health and safety of our clients and staff. We are utilizing all guidance available from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This information is subject to change based on developing conditions.
We apologize for any inconvenience these guidelines and policy changes may cause, and we appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Many questions has surfaced around how it may affect your fertility journey with the use of a gestational carrier. Although protocols and guidelines vary state to state, we are happy to say that many fertility clinics are now open and proceeding with fertility treatments.
YOUR FERTILITY CENTER GUIDELINES
If you are already established at a fertility clinic, the first thing you should do is to make sure you understand your clinics protocols and guidelines regarding COVID 19. Most fertility clinics will have you sign waivers prior to any treatment cycles. By understanding their protocols and guidelines, you'll get a better idea of how and when to proceed with our services.
*NOTE: If you don't have an established fertility clinic, contact us at 702-776-7746. We can refer you to a list of credible fertility clinics in your surrounding area.
ON-SITE SAFETY PROTOCOLS
In compliance with Nevada, CDC, and Southern Nevada Health District recommendations, all people are required to wear face masks or facial protection while on-site.
A face mask or facial protection must cover both the mouth and nose in order to enter the facility. We will not provide face masks; each patient is responsible for obtaining their own face mask. If a patient cannot secure a medical-grade face mask, the following are acceptable face protection options: any bandana, scarf, or handmade mask that fully covers the mouth and nose.
Hand washing is also required upon arrival.
GUEST LIMITATION POLICY
We are continuing to see clients in office. We are committed to protecting the safety of our clients and staff by limiting the
number of people in our office. Only scheduled clients will be admitted. All other guests must wait outside. Children are not permitted on-site.
ALL CLIENTS WILL BE SCREENED FOR TEMPERATURE
To protect our clients and staff, every person entering the office will be required to pass a temperature screening.
You also will receive a screening phone call prior to your appointment. Please do not come to your appointment if you have a fever greater than 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit, symptoms associated with COVID-19, or a combination of the two.
PHONE CONSULTATIONS + SKYPE
Our associates are currently conducting all client consultations using telecommunication and video visits. If you would like to schedule a new patient consult with one of our associates, contact us at info@gestationalconcepts.com or 702.776.7746
